- Video & Film Study to analyze gameplay, reinforce concepts, and help players understand the game at a deeper level.

Building Strong Leaders
Monthly presentations with local female community leaders. Steel City Selects encourages players to become leaders within their teams, schools, and communities. Through mentorship, accountability, and positive culture, athletes learn valuable life skills that extend far beyond hockey.
Community & Philanthropy
Throughout the season, our teams participate in community service projects, charitable initiatives, and outreach events that teach players the importance of compassion, gratitude, and serving others. We believe great teammates become great citizens. Giving back is an important part of who we are.
